How We Verify Affiliate Programs
Verification means that we checked specified listing facts against identifiable sources on a recorded date. It is not an endorsement or a promise that terms will remain unchanged.
1. We identify the official program
We look for a program page controlled by the advertiser or its stated affiliate network. We check that the brand, destination domain, application route, and network relationship are consistent. A copied directory listing, social post, or search snippet is not treated as the primary source for current terms.
2. We record source-backed fields
Where the official source discloses them, we record commission structure, cookie duration, payout or network information, application URL, program categories, and relevant eligibility notes. If a material field is not publicly stated, we label it as unavailable or requiring confirmation rather than estimating it.
3. We test destinations safely
We confirm that the public listing and outbound destination resolve as expected. PartnerScoutHQ outbound routes use temporary redirects and instruct search engines not to index, follow, cache, or archive the tracking route. We do not submit an application or accept an advertiser's agreement on a visitor's behalf.
4. We show verification dates and limitations
A verification date shows when the listed facts were checked. It is not a guarantee of present availability. Advertisers can pause programs, change commissions, revise geographic rules, move networks, or decline applications at any time. Visitors should open the official destination and confirm current terms before acting.
5. Commercial status is kept separate
Affiliate compensation and sponsored placement do not create verified status. The same source requirements apply whether or not PartnerScoutHQ can earn revenue from a program. Sponsored positions are labeled, and unsupported provider claims are not presented as our independent findings.
Corrections and rechecks
We prioritize corrections that affect application destinations, commission descriptions, cookie periods, network identity, eligibility, or whether a program is active. Send the listing URL and an official supporting source through the contact page. We may retain a note explaining a material correction so later reviews remain traceable.
