Write an Affiliate Application From Evidence, Not a Generic Template

A reusable checklist is helpful; copied prose is not. Reviewers should see details that can only belong to your site and proposed relationship.

Collect the facts

Record audience role and geography, current traffic sources, representative pages, newsletter or channel size and the exact product problem covered.

Use a date for analytics and avoid projecting future reach as current evidence.

Explain the editorial placement

Name planned tutorials, comparisons or implementation articles and why the product belongs in them. Include disclosure and prohibited-channel controls.

Do not promise reviews you cannot test or traffic methods you do not use.

Tailor the final answer

Use the advertiser's terminology accurately, but write in your own words. Link to the most relevant content rather than the homepage only.

Keep it concise enough for manual review and save the submitted version.
